LPG 3.0 to 4.0 Before publishing your 3.0 project(s) to 4.0, there are several very important things that must be done.

Not following these instructions will cause your 3.0 projects that were recently upgraded to 4.0, not to work correctly.

1. LPG has changed the way we enter Meta data into LPG templates. We no longer store this information in our database, but parse it right into the actual page itself. ANY members currently using Meta data will need to follow our instructions on how to insert Meta data into LPG pages.

2. In LPG 4.0, we have a built in extended-optin template, called “[1e] Extended Optin Form”. By default, this is where you will add your extended optin form. For 3.0 users who had to create a custom page for the extended optin-form, this will still work.

However, if you go through the wizard and save the “extended optin form” step, LPG will than start looking on the new extended optin form page” for your extended optin form. If this happens, all you need to do is take the extended optin form from your custom template and move it on to the new extended optinform template.
