Broken Images on LPG Pages

Some LPG users have noticed that some images are not showing up on their sites since the upgrade to LPG 4.0. This article address what caused this to happen and how to fix it. Below is an example of some images not showing up on the page.

Let's look at the "Good" images and see the path. Notice it's "images/bullet.png"... this is correct.

Now, let's look at the "BAD" images and see the path.

Notice the long file path as the image URL. This was caused by the html editor in LPG 3.0. So what was happing when you built your page in LPG 3.0 is that some images where pulling from your image foler (which is correct) and some where pulling form the LPG Server (which is not correct).

This is a easy fix and here are the steps to do it. First click on the bad image and then click on the insert/edit image icon in the tool bar. This will open up the window and show you the bad image path. Next click on the "browse" icon to the right of the field. This will then open up the image manager.

Once you double click on your image it will set the image and the "correct" path in the small window (see below).

Once you click "udpate" it will replace the bad image path with the correct one and you're all set. Once you are done fixing the images on the page remember to press "SAVE" in the upper left hand corner of the editor.
